We ship all our products in an exquisite gift box. In case you order multiple products, they will all be wrapped in the same box unless you otherwise require. Please, send a message if you wish to have your multiple piece order packaged separately.
You can also have a message sent in the box. We’d be happy to print it on a card and wrap it with the product if you kindly send us the text in the “Notes to seller” field.
To order your luxury robe in custom size, please, kindly provide your size details in the “Personalization” field. The making of your gown takes approximately two weeks. When you order a custom made product, we create a personalized robe according to the measurements you provide. If the size turns out to be a bit off, we’ll be happy to alter your gown. In this case the customer pays for shipping cost. Please, kindly consider that we can give no refunds for custom made products.

We ship all our products with DHL. If you wish to have an expedited shipping, please opt for the Express shipping in which case your order will be delivered within 1-3 days.
